- Disclosure for California Residents
- Direct Marketing. California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to annually request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to other entities for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. - Financial Incentives for California Residents. We may provide financial incentives through contests and promotions to consumers who allow us to retain and disclose their Personal Information. We estimate the total value of all combined annual incentives is $3,000.00 and arrived at that figure by estimating the average total combined value of all prizes and offers per year. Only unique identifiers are collected through financial incentives. These incentives may include prizes for contest winners or coupons. You may withdraw from the incentive at any time by contacting us at privacy@olives.com. The incentives we provide may include:
